With your new Online Loan Payment, you can pay your First U.S. loans conveniently online. Online Loan Payment eliminates the hassles of mail or in-person payments, and allows you to streamline the process your way. Fast. Easy. Convenient.
What you'll need to get started:
- Your member number
- Name and email associated with the Loan Account
- Last four digits of the SSN of the primary loan account holder.
- Username and password for payer account
To comply with a new NACHA regulatory requirement, all first time or Express Pay payments will be required to be verified by entering in a username and password for the payer account.
Member payments made before 6:00 p.m. PST, Monday – Friday will receive payment credit for that same business day, and will be processed overnight, excluding Federal Reserve holidays. Member payments made after 6:00 p.m., or on a non-business day, will be credited to the member's loan by the end of the following business day. A receipt of payment will be sent to you via the email you provided. Note, online loan payments are not available for first mortgage loans.
Note: maximum transaction amounts are limited to $2,500.
